My people talked to the people at Harvard Pilgrim. An error was found and corrected and I am now correctly listed as a Tier 1 provider in Maine.  Harvard Pilgrim is doing an internal audit and all affected claims are being reprocessed.   In network copays and coinsurance payments will apply.  Patients will be issued a refund from the office after reprocessing if they were incorrectly billed for out of pocket expenses.  Thank you to the patients who brought this situation to my attention.
