Office Environment
Our goal is to create an environment that is peaceful and nurturing for our patients. We see people who are immune compromised, medically fragile, and have chemical sensitivities. We encourage everyone to stay up to date on their vaccinations. If you are sick please wear a surgical mask. Please turn off Cell phones while you are in the office. Refrain from wearing any perfumes or products with strong fragrances, and try not smoke 3h prior to and at least an hour after your appointment. You may want to arrange childcare for young children who might have difficulty being patient while their parent is being cared for.
Motor Vehicle Injuries
If you are being seen for an injury that is the result of a motor vehicle accident, you will still be paying for your appointment and you can submit a "superbill" to your insurance or the responsible parties to reimburse you. We do not bill third parties or insurance even if they were at fault.
Worker’s Compensation Injuries
If you are being seen for a work related injury or illness, you will still be paying for your appointment and you can submit a "superbill" to your employer or to your workman's compensation to reimburse you. We do not bill third parties or insurance.
